I Know Jesus Loves Me

I recently moved, and as I got here I got in with the wrong crowd. As a teenager, just wanted to fit in. I started smoking and drinking and thought it was "cool" Deep down, I knew I was headed for trouble. One night, my boy friend wanted to get me "high" on weed. I was so scared, I flushed it and ran. Later, I went with a church youth group on a retreat. I thought it would be fun with some "religious stuff". I just was not going to pay attention to the "religious stuff", We watched a movie about Jesus' last hours. I then accepted Jesus into my heart. That was two months ago. I have turned my life around, and I love God and am proud to be a Christian. "For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ..." Romans 12:1. Carolyn age 13

If I were to ask you to make a list of all of the ways that God blesses us, what would be on your list? I have been blessed with many material possessions but I realize that they are not of great importance. Jesus said in Luke 12:15 that "a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions." Heaven is not reserved for those who were physically wealthy but for those who had their wealth in Jesus.
I love World Bible School because it allows me to share with others what can never be taken away. Recently a great storm went through a town where I used to live. Millions of dollars in damage was done to houses & buildings and tragically 4 people lost their lives. What is far more tragic is when people die without Jesus. You see, in WBS we are able to share with precious souls the saving message of Jesus Christ. When we look at death, many look at it as an enemy but not the Christian. Listen to the apostle Paul in I Corinthians 15:55-57: Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting? The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." When the Christian leaves this life they go to a far better place. In Philippians 1 Paul stated that he would prefer to die and go to be with Christ which is far better than living on the earth.
I love World Bible School because it brings me in contact with very special people. Over the past 20 years I have had the privileged of teaching the good news of Jesus with multiplied hundreds of World Bible School students. Just recently I taught a young man who had been a 'spiritual herbalist'. People would come to him and pay him money to pray to demons when they were ill or had a problem. He had idols in his house that he would pray to but when he heard the good news of Jesus, he left that life and gave his heart and soul to Jesus. He destroyed all of his idols so that he could completely serve his Savior, Jesus Christ.
I love World Bible School because it allows me to work with God! That's right, the Bible teaches that I am a co-worker with the Lord Himself! We read in I Corinthians 3:9 that "we are God's fellow workers". Every time we share the Word of God with someone, we are involving ourselves in the Work of God. The picture that Paul paints in the scripture above is that we work with God in the task of reaching the world with the saving message of Jesus Christ.
I love World Bible School because I come in contact with people that I will never see in this life but that I will spend eternity with. Heaven will be exciting for many reasons but I want to share one with you. Picture this scene in Heaven: someone rushes up to you and throws their arms around you and says, 'thank you, thank you, thank you'. You have never seen this individual so you ask them why they are thanking you. It is at this moment that they inform you that they came to Jesus because you taught them the gospel through WBS. It is difficult to understand the joy that will be ours when we meet those that we taught.
I love World Bible School because it allows me to be like my Savior. Jesus said in Luke 19:10 that "the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost." Oh, don't misunderstand me; I am not under the illusion that I have any power to save anyone but when I speak the saving Word of God to a lost person and they become a Christian, I had a part in their salvation. Through WBS I am able to share the most precious message that has ever been spoken.
Yes, the Lord has richly blessed me in so many ways but one of the greatest blessings that I have ever received was when I became a World Bible School teacher. LOVE IS PATIENCE 1 Corrinthians 13:4 " Love is patience ......."

II Peter 3: 1 - 16

Our world is moving very fast , all things are change. Everything that needs process and takes long time is starting to leave out. Everything fast and instant many interesting people. This Period begin to create us to be the men who do not know the meaning of patience.
Can I show you of this reality ?
If we see the traffic jam in a hot day, it is very annoying, our angry become higher and the sound of horn never stop that proven unpatience people. if we see a way of thinking in short time, why ?
we do no patient if we do it procedurally!
Love is patience, although we live in fast world, it is not mean that God dissapear the word " patince " in Holy Bible. However, God traine and grow patience in our life. Ask to Moses, that he had to wait 40 years in midian dessert before he prepare to be leader for israel. Ask to David not straight to been a king after anoited by Samuel. Even we see life of Jesus, He so patience to waited the time of His Father, eventhought he had to been waited 30 years before he started His servicing, what is the Father patience too ? Yes, He also patient to waited His lost Child, don't He ?
We do alot of mistake, don't we ? Do God straight to verdict us or He always patience to give us chance ?
Love is patience.
Patience if we are n traffic jam,
patience if we must face our wife or husband hard to please,
patience if our partner is annoyed in office, 
patience if we are not in top pasition,
patience if we have to wait the time of God,
patience if we are not in comprise situation, 
patience if we meet people dissapointed us,....... more over we have forgive him.
In the same as God still patience to us.

                 " Wolrd is moving more and more fast and instant, so in that situation our 
                    patience is necessary "            
  

L O V E

We cannot image that the world without love, what is going to be ?
We also cannot to be patience to the man who hurts us.
Never touched hearts by sympathy of anyone sufferings, we have no mercy.
We will happy while somebody get accident on the contrary, we will peevish when we see somebody success
We get jealous, we feel the greatest man that everybody should be honoured to us, we live in pride.
There is no appeal summons to polite behaviour.
Live in egosentris.
Cannot control any anger, we had angry before any serious things happened for us.
We cannot imagine our life going to be, if God still in His glorious throne than borned in stable, if God not patient to our sins, if God have no mercy anymore to us.......
God is love, so .... live in love.
It is true that the God's word : " And now these three remain, faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love " ...( 1 Corinthians 13:13 ).
